John Craven Chadwick (1811-1889) immigrated to Canada in 1836 and settled at Ancaster, Wentworth County, Ontario. He married Louisa Bell (d. 1845) in 1836. They had four children, 1837-1842. The family moved to Gueph, Wellington County, Ontario, in 1849. After Louisa's death, he married 2) Carolina Eade (d. 1874) and 3) Elizabeth Beatty. Descendants listed lived in Ontario, Alberta and elsewhere.
