This publication gives an impression of the project's scope "...to maintain the gap between future and present for an unspecified length of time" (Boris Groys). The overruled title "Rue Ternaux 13" is the former address of Le Commissariat in Paris where the "Place Van Hoegaerde 22" installation was shown. There the artist's book "Place Van Hoegaerde 22 Van Hoegaerdeplein" was published in 2009."
