Der Fokus dieser Arbeit liegt in der Verbesserung und Optimierung der Durchlaufzeit von Flip-Top-Verschluss Spritzgießwerkzeugen der Firma KTW (Kunststofftechnik Waidhofen / Thaya). Da der Produktlebenszyklus immer kürzer wird, muss auch der Entwicklungsprozess verkürzt werden. Die Firma KTW verfügt durch ihre jahrelange Erfahrung im Werkzeugbau über ausgereiftes Know-how betreffend Flip-Top-Verschlusswerkzeuge. Das Ziel ist, dieses Wissen als Grundlage für die Entwicklung von Standardaufbauten bzw. einer Modularisierung zu verwenden, um Optimierungen in Verkauf, Konstruktion/Entwicklung und Fertigung erreichen zu können.*****This thesis focuses on the optimisation and improvement of the throughput time for Flip Top-cap moulds from KTW (plastic technology Waidhofen / Thaya, Austria). Due to the fact the product lifecycle is getting shorter, the development process must be shortened too. KTW has several years of experience and high-level know-how in building Flip Top-cap moulds. The goal is to take this knowledge as a base for developing a standard mould structure to gain optimisation in the sales, mould design/development and manufacturing department.
