Findings of the January 5-7, 1981, industry and government workshop which covered the research needs of arctic, offshore and drilling technology. Workshop purpose was to identify those problem areas where government research could provide technology advancement that would assist industry in accelerating the discovery and development of U.S. oil and gas resources.
