This book describes the extraterrestrials (ETs) physical appearance and mental capabilities. This includes an excellent photograph of an ET. It gives details of their human/alien hybrid breeding program. It gives some guidance on recognizing hybrids who are trying to pass as humans. It describes in some detail 13 of the 57 known types of ETs. This includes the discovery of two new types, the Super Giants and the Minigrays. It includes four generations of Mayans and their interaction with the ETs. It includes one generation of Mayans channeling to the next generation about a cataclysmic, future event. It gives details of the treaty between President Eisenhower and the ETs.

Thirty-two sled tests were conducted with 19 human volunteers using the lap belt, air bag and Air Force harness restraint systems. The component parts (seat pan, foot pan, belts, etc.) of the restraint systems were instrumented and force-time recordings were made during impact. The impulse-momentum theorem was used to find the proportion of human weight which went into each component of the restraint system. The component weights for each human were totaled and compared to the human's actual weight. The comparison showed the component total to be accurate within 0.5 to 6.4 percent. The weight distribution information will prove useful in the design and verification of dummies to be used in impact testing. Further, it should be valuable to designers of mathematical models of human impact. (Author).

Eighty-four (84) Air Force escape system tests were analyzed for velocity tolerance. The target velocity should not be stated in terms of per cent. This practice has led to some serious under testing of maximum velocities. The velocity tolerance is essentially independent of the magnitude of the velocity. A velocity tolerance of plus/minus 23.5 KEAS(Knots Equivalent Air Speed) will prevent excessive over or under testing.
