Authentic Tennis uses a holistic feel based approach to tennis. This Authentic approach makes the feel of the swing primary, while the mechanical method tends to make body mechanics primary. The mechanical method to the tennis swing emphasizes the form of the swing over the feel of the swing. "Feel" is something that cannot be seen. Each person's "feel" is completely unique and personal and the mechanical method does not recognize its immeasurable value. For Authentic Tennis, "feel" is its cornerstone and serves as the foundation of swing mastery. "Feel" is an individual process that makes it un-teachable through a mechanical system which separates the mind from the body. However, through mindfulness and awareness centered consciousness, "feel" becomes an integrating process that allows for natural mind/body. Authentic Tennis was written to help the millions of coaches, instructors, and tennis players unlock their unlimited potential and to tap into one's natural state of learning. No matter what your skill level, this revolutionary approach to tennis is perfect for anyone who strives to reach their personal best on and off the court.

Contains two typescripts. The first (1 leaf) is about Robert Baird (1831-1886) and his wife Jane Cumming (1833-1896). Robert was born in Ireland and Jane in Scotland. They joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and immigrated to America in 1863, eventually settling in Heber City, Utah. The second typescript (4 leaves) is about Robert's and Jane's son Daniel Baird (b. 1856). He immigrated with his parents to America. He married Mary Alice Barnes. In 1912 they moved to Albion, Idaho.

Reconciling God (creator) with science and evolution has become the single biggest challenge to the survival of religion. People of faith are faced with a choice. They must choose between modifying their beliefs about God to include evolution or reject modern scientific discovery altogether. The viewpoint theory offers another path which neither denies science nor acquiesces to it. Through The Viewpoint Theory, you will realize that the Genesis creation story is much more ingenuous and intuitive than previously thought. The Viewpoint Theory will reveal that behind its story there is an underlying divine order. The Divine order is unveiled only when the Genesis creation is appreciated through an unlimited creator's viewpoint. Daniel Baird originally began walking on the beach in a quest for spiritual enlightenment. After years and miles of searching, what he found to his surprise was the essence of the Genesis creation story. He is not a historian, biblical scholar or scientist. But neither was the author of Genesis. By embracing the viewpoint of a creator, you can also discover the essence of the Genesis creation story, and perhaps the foundation of the whole universe.
Simply stated, the authentic universe is God's original creation. It is metaphorically presented in the six days of the biblical creation epic described in the first chapter of Genesis, the first book of the Bible. Proof of God's original creation is beyond the scope and capacity of our intellect. Because our senses operate within the confines of our perceived, familiar environment, information about the authentic universe seems counter-intuitive. No amount of scientific theory or religious doctrine can capture God`s sacred masterpiece. This miracle of miracles can only be revealed through faith and spiritual insight, which reside within each of us. It is the intention of this book to bring you to a state of awareness in which, through spiritual revelation, not through empirical evidence, you will perceive an authentic, eternal, timeless, unseen and unknown creation that serves as the creative foundation for the universe we sense and experience. Spiritual revelation of God's creation is not the possession of an exclusive club which discloses private information about events in the past or future to only a chosen few.

GFRP (Glass fiber reinforced polymers) manufacturing has many processes two of which are hand lay-up and vacuum infusion. Hand lay-up GFRP’s construction consists of stacking ply layers of glass fibers where the fibers orientation is specified. A polymer is added to bind the fibers. Pressure is applied to remove air bubbles and excess polymer. Vacuum infusion beginning with the stack of fibers a bag is placed over the stack. A vacuum is then used to draw the polymer through to saturate the fibers. This study will investigate the how material properties change due to vacuum infusion thickness, addition of hand lay-up mats to vacuum infusion laminates, and vacuum infusion thickness in hybrid vacuum infusion hand lay-up GFRP laminates. Further this study will also investigate the behavior GFRP sandwich cores. A direct correlation between fiber weight percentage and mechanical properties was observed. As fiber percentage increased the tensile modulus and compressive strength increase as well. Addition of hand lay-up mat layers has little effect on tensile, compressive, and in-plane shear tests. Examination of hybrid, vacuum infusion and hand lay-up, GFRP structures with varying vacuum infusion layer thicknesses. Increasing vacuum infusion thickness significantly increases the tensile strength, tensile modulus, and compressive modulus. GFRP sandwiches with core comprised of foam tested by flatwise tensile and 3-point bending. Flatwise test revealed that given sufficient manufacturing methods vacuum infusion and hand lay-up methods can be bonded such that failure will occur in the foam core. Thus, selection of foam core will determine the flatwise tensile strength of the sandwich. Further research can be done investigating sandwich structures. Facing structures can be altered, making single facing larger than another to investigate changes in the mechanical properties of a sandwich as a whole.

We tend to interpret God's creation through the limitation of our human brain, which has been conditioned by our past and all past generations. This confines our experiences within a universe of limited perception and laws. So we don't see the limitlessness, beauty, goodness, timelessness and wholeness of God's creation. Near death experiencers seem to perceive the creation closer to its fullness.
