Karsjens et al. v. Minnesota Department of Human Services et al. (11-3659) was filed in US District Court, District of Minnesota in December 2011 and was certified as a class action in 2012. The case focuses on the Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) and Minnesota's civil commitment laws.
