The paper shows that, at the present moment, intangible assets are considered “goods” and, as such, the practice of classical accounting considers intellectual capital in the same category of “goods assimilated/similar to those visible/tangible”. From the research it results that the professional literature on measuring knowledge assets/intellectual capital, both in Romania and worldwide, is not large enough and does not provide finite significant, “strong” aggregates regarding the semantic classifications, of content and quality, of the issues in the field. The book titled New Economy between Knowledge and Risk (Ioan I. Gâf-Deac) presents the original systematization and classification of some models and methodologies for measuring knowledge assets, and intellectual capital in socio-economic sciences, and, as such, in this present article, we have resorted to the applied extension of formalizing the measurement of intangible assets in the areas of natural resources' operation and exploitation.

The article stated, in substance, that by accepting the hypothesis of continuing transformation of content and configuration "small worlds", along with developments in technology and behavioral sciences, necessarily supported the finding that mutations endoexogenous influences organizational entity as a whole his notable consequences on management. Doxastic management is a new epistemological covered by copyright scientifically in 2013. It appears that is not yet discerned neighborhood structure between the model, physical reality and metaphysical reality. The article specifies that the network for transporting the natural gas in Eastern Romania must operate in stable, safe and economic-efficiency conditions of infrastructure which ensures a continuous supply of gaseous fuel. The paper reveals conceptual and practical problems related to the elements with influencing potential on the deterioration of natural gas pipelines. Also, it presents the conditions and risk/damage factors of the integrity of methane gas pipelines. Contextually, are evaluated all fugitive methane gas emissions from pipeline transportation systems. The article is the result of considered discussions by authors and contain synthetic selected, interpreted and processed elements in the new vision of the doctoral thesis entitled "Preventing and combating environmental impact given to storage systems, transportation and distribution of natural gas in Eastern Romania," author: Elena Maria Opriș (UP, 2012), by adding new scientific conclusions and updated recommendations.

David Davidescu, INCE, Academia Română, Romania within the active participation of the researchers from this Center and of the present invitees. The coherence and consistence of the Bio-Platforms concept to elements from precedent studies refers the new and original concept as dedicated itself to the research-development-innovation through Knowledge Transfer and Technology Transfer.
