The invention refers to a base profile for the implementation of insulation facades. A base profile consists of an internal element and external element, which are firmly joined with a connecting element. Internal and external elements are primarily acquired through recycling technological procedures, from wood materials or biopolymers. According to this invention, the impact of thermal bridge at the passage going from the plinth of the facade onto the facade surface is reduced to a minimum by using a base profile. The passage from the base of the facade on the facade surface can be emphasized or continuous.

Formwork for the concrete product and the manufacturing process of the concrete product is an environmentally-friendly product, solving the technical problem of high heat transfer of bridge elements above window and door openings and eliminates trouble in installing additional elements in bridge element above window and door openings. The invention refers to implementation of above- window and above-door bridge elements, made of reinforced concrete; according to this invention single-use formwork is used, which already contains thermal insulation in order to prevent heat dissipation and has a purpose of eliminating problematic thermal bridges. As commonly used formwork types, installation, disassembling, cleaning and transport are not necessary, the solution, according to the invention, also affects the environment less. The selected materials and their combinations are obtained through recycling technological processes and provide good load-bearing capacity in the system; this is the case during the installation of the reinforced steel, concrete casting and later on while using the system, including the option of fixating window shutter boxes, other box brackets and different elements (curtain holders, anti-sun protection, fixating different electrical and electronic controllers, etc.) Input materials for production are mostly obtained through recycling technological processes, from wood, recycled wood or biopolymers. In addition to that, the invention includes the designed position of window shutter boxes, Venetian blinds box brackets and other box brackets, so as to be as aesthetic, simple and energy-saving as possible.

The process of installing a load-bearing wall with bilateral thermal insulation, in which case thermal insulation on both sides serves as formwork for the installation of internal supporting concrete core, provides a faster and more economical production of thermal insulation walls, reduces energy consumption and environmental effects. In addition, the process as well provides simple installation of the necessary reinforcing equipment, piping systems for electricity and water supply and general piping sets for heating or cooling purposes. The process includes spacers, which provide fixation of thermal insulation panels by using metal tab washer screws, which are only required during the installation period and during the process of concrete hardening - while a concrete core is forming. After the wall is made, the tab washer screws are removed and can be re-used, whereas the spacers remain permanently placed into a concrete core. Thermal insulation panels, forming formwork, fundamentally have regular prismatic shape, and are primarily made from hard polystyrene panels (EPS or XPS), which are cut or shaped on the construction site, if necessary.

Waterproof sealings for piercing lines in the exterior building envelope The invention refers to waterproof sealings for piercing lines used in waterproof insulation systems on flat or pitched roofs, terraces and balconies. Waterproof piercing lines are made in a simple way by using a flange and a bituminous mixture, formed as a tape or a stick, which is melted by using a gas burner or a heat gun. Therefore a permanent elastic water impermeable piercing line is made, providing water impermeable passage of various installation lines, fixation systems, anchors, etc.
