This annual report about the Susitna-Watana Hydroelectric Project was written about a year after being closed down. The report includes a readable brief overview of the Project. This document contains comments and responses (in tabular form) from the first three meetings of Susitna-Watana Hydroelectric Project Independent Board of Consultants held in 2012 and 2013. The comments and questions arose during the meeting. The responses are from various participants, and most are dated (dates range from May 13, 2013 to January 24, 2014). The purpose of the meeting was to solicit advice on the Probable Maximum Precipitation (PMP) and Probable Maximum Flood (PMF) studies, related research on storms, the Site Specific Seismic Hazards Analysis studies, RCC dam feasibility, and dam design.

It is composed as a letter from Board members to Alaska Energy Authority's Engineering Manager with attachments. The purpose of the meeting was to solicit advice on the Probable Maximum Precipitation (PMP) and Probable Maximum Flood (PMF) studies, the Site Specific Seismic Hazards Analysis studies, and the 2014 geotechnical investigation program. Progress on the RCC dam configuration feasibility and design was also discussed.
