Einer kurzen Einführung in die Problematik des "Informationsnotstandes im Management", folgt die schrittweise Realisierung einer Entscheidungsplattform für Führungskräfte. Diese bietet unter Zuhilfenahme von Kennzahlen, auf Basis der Balanced Scorecard, eine breit gefächerte Palette von Werkzeugen für das Management. Dokumentiert wurden die informationstechnischen sowie betriebswirtschaftlichen Komponenten und Vorgehensweisen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wurde dem dynamischen Arbeiten mit Cubes und Data Mining geschenkt.

In this study experiments with two bioassays with stressed organisms of different complexity were conducted in parallel. The organisms of both bioassays were stressed abiotically by arsenic(V) to investigate postulated regulative characteristics of potentised substances in complementary medicine. In the first bioassay the growth rate of multi-cellular duckweed Lemna gibba L. was measured, in the second bioassay the growth kinetics of single-cellular yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae was assessed. In the experiments with the yeast bioassay no significant treatment effects were observed. In the experiments with the duckweed bioassay, two (nosode, Arsenicum album) test substances yielded significant growth increases. The stability of both test systems was documented during the entire experimental period by systematic negative control experiments. In addition to the experimental investigations, a literature review was carried out on publications that reported experiments with potentised substances using abiotically stressed plants from 1920 to 2010. engl.
