This collection contains materials collected by Jan Voogt while conducting research for his dissertation which focuses on reaction to the Vietnam War in the town of Brownsville, Tenn. There are Voogt's personal interviews with 53 individuals about their personal experiences during the war. There are also photocopies of articles from the Brownsvill newspaper, the States-Graphic, reflecting local coverage of the war.
